Each team must have a representative present at the meeting.     Please be on time

Team registration cost is $50.00 per team for Mini Mites and $70.00 for all others and is due at the scheduling meeting. Associations may pay for all teams with one check.    Make checks payable to A.C.H.L
  
Each team must submit a registered copy of their
 U.S.A Hockey Team Roster to the meeting.
