Critical Dates for 2009/2010

Teams,

I wanted to inform all of you of our upcoming dates for the league.  These will be posted on the web site under the Metro section.  This year we are requesting that everyone provide contact information for your teams with your team counts before the season.  This will be used to set up scheduling for the upcoming season. 

All teams this year will have a 16 games schedule.  This will allow teams the flexibility to schedule games with teams that fit their geographic area and level of competition.  We have also expanded the post season to allow more games at a competitive level.

I would also like to welcome our newest member of the Metro division, Suburban Macomb.  Please join me in making them feel a part of the league.  As always if anyone has any questions or concerns please give me a call direct.

We are also looking for directors for the upcoming season.  Our directors did a great job last year and we would like to continue the same level of service this season.

2. Kick Off Meeting 9/19/09 9:00 AM at Troy Sports Center Main Conference Room and Red Wing Locker Room

3. Season Start Date 10/1/09

4. End Of Regular Season 1/24/10

5. Post Season 1/25/10-3/1/10 With A Break For Districts

6. Adray Metro Championship Weekend 3/6/10-3/7/10

7. Adray State Championship Weekend - Patterson Arena, Grand Rapids, MI 3/19/10-3/21/10
