- The East Michigan Adray Board shall consist of the East Adray Vice President, and one Adray Director from each Association. The board of directors for East Michigan will make the final decisions on all league matters.
- Associations will have only one vote in all league decisions and or matters. The Vice president will only vote in the event of a tie unless the Vice -President is also a director from an association. In such an event the Vice President is only allowed one vote. All matters that are votes on must be approved by a majority of the Directors present to be adopted.
- All matters of divisional involvement will first be attempted to be resolved within the division prior to any Adray Board of Directors involvement. All communication shall include the Vice President and the directors from both respective associations.
- Associations shall conduct their drafts in accordance to MAHA rules and regulations and draft rules must be approved by the MAHA District Council.
- All associations shall furnish a copy of their certified USA Hockey Player Rosters for all teams to the Vice President by the date determined at the start-up meeting. Failure to do so could result in games not counting towards the standings.
- All league games shall be played using equal ice systems in all age divisions. All matters involving equal ice should be addressed at the association level.
- In the event a player or coach receives a game misconduct penalty during, before, or after an Adray League game, that player or coach shall sit out the balance of that game, and the next Adray League game. If the team's next scheduled games is not an Adray League game, the player or coach shall sit out that game, to adhere to M.A.H.A. rules. Note: This could result in a player or coach not playing or coaching for the balance of the game in which the penalty occurred and two (2) more games.
- The East Michigan Adray B League shall be governed by the rules and regulations of MAHA and USA Hockey.
- A protested game MUST be noted immediately to the opposing coach and game official (at the next stoppage of play) and on the score sheet at the end of the game. The nature of the protest MUST appear on all copies of the score sheet and both coaches and game officials must sign under the worded protest. All formal protests must be filed (postmarked) within 24 hours of the incident. A copy of the score sheet and a check for $50.00 (payable to ACHL) must be submitted to any East Michigan Adray League Board Director. The conduct Committee will investigate the protest, rule on it and notify in writing all parties involved. If an association or team official wished to appeal the decision of the Conduct Committee, the appeal must be presented to the Vice President within 72 hours of the Conduct Committee's decision or date of postmark whichever is later. The Vice President shall then call a special meeting of the Board of Directors to hear the appeal. A Simple majority of the Board of Directors present and voting will determine if the appeal is approved or denied.
Action on such appeal is final.
- Only rostered team players in uniform and up to four rostered coach's/manager are allowed on the players bench.
- The Home Team must furnish the game pucks, at least two registered referees, a timekeeper, and a reasonable and adequate amount of game ice for all league games. NO TIME OUTS ALLOWED IN ADRAY LEAGUE GAMES.
- The coach is responsible for the conduct of the players at all times, before, during, and after the game.
- If less than six players are available at the time the game official drops the puck, the game will be forfeited. No game will be played. The only exception to this rule will be in the case of extreme weather in which the game shall be rescheduled with 5 days and played prior to the end of the regular league play. There shall be reasonable effort made by both teams to reschedule all league games with preference given first to league games before non league games.
- All Mite, Squirt, PeeWee , Bantam and Midget league games shall consist of 3-10 minutes of stop time play. At the PeeWee, Bantam and Midget playing level the home association will determine the length of the game with-in the guidelines of Adray playing periods being between 10minutes through 15 minutes. No running clocks allowed. The league has no authority to question the judgment of arena personnel in their decisions regarding curfew clocks, therefore all league games must adhere to arena curfew clocks which may shorten the third period of any given game.
- All league fees are due by the stated deadlines. Failure to pay by the stated deadlines could result in associations not participating in the East Michigan Adray B League.
- All teams, upon acceptance of their association to the East Michigan Adray B League shall make every attempt to play all of the scheduled league and playoff games. Failure to play scheduled league games will disqualify a team from further league play. The only exception would be in the event of extreme weather and the game would need to be rescheduled with 5 days.
- Game officials cannot officiate in a game where an immediate family member is a player or coach.
- New associations may be added to the East Michigan Adray B League with the majority vote of the current Board of Directors. All associations belonging to the Adray league must be approved by MAHA and be an association in good standing. Failure to be an association in good standing will immediately result in all teams from that association being disqualified from league play and ineligible for playoffs.
- A conduct committee will be set up each season with the Vice President and two Board of Directors sitting on the committee. The purpose if this committee will be to review any matters involving players, coaches or team officials in which any action taken may be detrimental to the league and to address game protests.
